Beauty and comfort - I bought these shoes in gold for a fancy affair that required me to be on my feet for several hours. They were the most comfortable dress shoes I have ever worn. The heel is just the right height to look pretty, but not throw your spine out of kilter. I intend to buy them in other colors. I have always had very good luck with Vaneli–I have been wearing them for more than 25 years.

Vaneli’s Willow - I love Vaneli shoes. I ordered this shoe in both the silver and the gold. They are fit for a black tie event (which is why I bought them) but I will wear them with casual styles (jeans, etc)as well. The leather is classic and good looking. Vaneli strappy sandals run very narrow so even though my foot is a medium I ordered (and order in all Vaneli Deeann Mules strappy models) a “C” or a “Wide.” Perfect fit. I also have a high arch so these worked well for me. I like a lower heel with a high fashion look and these fit the bill! Vaneli shoes wear well and stay new looking even after much wearing. Thanks Zappos for having my size which is often hard find(and of course for your great service!) Please keep stocking C or Wide widths in strappy sandals!

Not a good fit for me… I ordered the Black Patent in my usual size of 10(D). After much gentle wiggling, I did manage to get the shoe on and all the straps in the correct position. The straps were tight when I sat and placed the shoe on my foot and became overly tight when I stood up in the shoes. Too tight to consider they may stretch out. A very pretty shoe, but the fit is not for me. I am returning them and replacing them with David Tate’s Y-Knot in black (not patent). Looked great, but I’m not used to wearing shoes where the base/sole of the shoe pokes up into my foot at the arch. The shoes are probably more comfortable for people with high arches, whereas I have flat feet. I also noticed that my little toes were falling out of the straps.

These shoes are nice but a little to narrow for wide shoes and pinching somewhat is happening. But they are nice with the adjustable strap and nice color overall. I kept them but if I had more time I would have exchanged them. I wore them to my brothers’ wedding and danced in them too. They were too narrow and I was glad when I took them off after dancing Great shoe! It’s tough to find a stylish, pretty sandal without a high, skinny heel! These fit the bill perfectly. The silver leather is very pretty, and while I bought them for a black tie event I can envision wearing them with jeans and for a night out as well. They are extremely comfortable and easy to walk in. One strap is a tad snug on me, but not painfully so. If you have wider feet I would be cautious, they do seem rather narrow to me. Otherwise a great shoe and far more comfortable than cheaper ones I tried on in stores! Fantastic Zappos� speedy shipping as always.
