   “Mom,…I forgot” So, the shoes are beautiful…with an almost dusky, textured surface. They fit beautifully…I didn’t get that “what do I spray on to break these in?” alert. In my wierd size (11.5) that’s major. I decide to wear them to work on a “light” day. (Not much walking and a grown-up reception in the building–perfect for a first day with new shoes.) At 4:45 I get a call from my teenage son: “Mom, I forgot…tonight is parent teacher night at school…can you go?” Of course. I always go. BUT: Ben’s school (Xavier) is on 16th street in Manhattan. I am downtown at Wall Street. So I need to walk four blocks to the subway. The last block is cobblestone from George Washington’s days. The subway platform is two long stairways down…three stairways and four long corridors up and five city blocks to his school. Then two hours of walking around and waiting on line to see six teachers (my son is wonderful, brilliant and handsome, by the way) and then I must retrace my steps to the “R” train and back to Brooklyn with three more stairways and another five blocks home. I got in at 10:30. I had been wearing these fabulous new shoes since 7:am and…my feet were actually okay.! The shoes were still beautiful. Any other new shoes would have had me in bandaids and gauze. What better recommendation could I give??

   Love this shoe! I liked the look of this shoe as soon as I saw it. I ordered it in black. The shoe is extremely comfortable, the heel is sturdy, looks well and is a comfortable height. I do a lot of walking during the day and it is important that the shoes that I wear can stand up to the wear and tear. Vaneli Idaline Shoes for Womens, This shoe does. The reason I originally ordered this shoe was that I love the look. The fact that I can give this shoe a 5 star rating in all other categories says it all.

   This shoe has a great look. I like the texture to the leather. I can no longer wear a high heel, so this heel is perfect for me. Because of the condition of my feet, this is not a pair of shoes I can be comfortable in all day, but for special occasions they’re great. My Acorn by Vaneli - The shoe fit perfectly. In fact I was disappointed that you do not carry it in navy. I will have to order it from Marmi because I need it soon. The service was great. If I find a shoe that fits and is comfortable, I don’t mind buying the same shoe in other colors. As you know I wear a 4.5 M which is hard to find.

   My Acorn by Vaneli - The shoe fit perfectly. In fact I was disappointed that you do not carry it in navy. I will have to order it from Marmi because I need it soon. The service was great. If I find a shoe that fits and is comfortable, I don’t mind buying the same shoe in other colors. As you know I wear a 4.5 M which is hard to find. Excellent Choice - These shoes are sooooo comfortable. The leather is soft and I had no problems wearing them all day the first day. I hope to buy them in another color because they are so comfortable. Van Eli - This is a stylish and overall comfortable shoe. It has a nice modern look without being too trendy. While the toes look pointy, at least for me, the area where my toes landed was actually wider (i.e. my toes stop short of the narrowest part). My major wish is that it had a bit higher heel to go with its dressy look. I have a narrow foot so buying shoes is a chore for me. I ordered this shoe only because they offered free shipping and free returns. I expected to have to return it, but to my surprise not only did it fit it is a beautiful shoe, and just the right height.
